Banks pyro install ???

Ok can someone explain how to wire a banks pyro to me. I see the 2 wires from the sensor hook to the terminals on the gauge but,,,,, is there not a positive and a ground that hookup somewhere. i hav eno instructions and the web site sucks for support.

The thermocouple generates a small voltage that the gage reads and shows the corresponding temperature. The hotter the thermocouple, the more voltage it generates and the more temperature the gage reads.
