Hey guys, new to the site and diesel ownership, but I think I have learned a lot already on here......I have a 2003 350 crew cab dually and all I have done so far is an Airaid Intake Kit.......future mods include full 5 inch exhaust and some type of a tuner (haven't landed on which one, so all suggestions welcomed)
But the reason that I started this thread is because I came across this the other day while screwing around on the net, http://www.chromewheel.com/ It is a big wheel and tire adapter so you can run the semi wheels on your truck. I love the look of them and it seems as if there are benefits as far as engine wear vs lower rpm running range......I wanted to see if anyone on here had these and what their opinion was.
