Ok bought this product tonight so that I could start cleaning the truck and the engine for the Diesel Nationals this weekend.:thumbs :thumbs

This product is a degresser and shiner all in one.:sweet Nice because you can spray it on a hot engine and then hose it off. That part worked really well. All of the dirt and grime that was on the motor came right off with out any scrubing just rinses right off.

Instead of shinning the plastic and rubber like it was suppost to, it turned everything white and dull. Not happy at all.:rant

So goin tomorrow to buy some of the tire shine that foams. Really good to use and makes all the platics and rubber under the hood and in the fender wells look really good.

Just thought I would give ya'll a heads up on this product.

Do you use it on the motor also? Is it good for shine or just degressing? I like the tire foam because it doesn't collect dirt like amoral and really thick shine stuff.

no its GREAT for shine...

I use foaming engine cleaner...and a sponge or brush to get the
worst of it...and i TRY to dry the water off everything...

then i spray a light misting of "tire wet" and wipe down as much as
i can get to w/ a dry towel.

the wheels on all my motorcycles are painted (remember i dont care
for chrome)...and the "tire wet" is great for putting a shine/luster
back on the painted wheels...on my chain driven bike i have sling off
from the chain lube (which is impossible to remove w/ soap & water)

just so happens that i discovered this "tire wet" (i swear thats what its
called) wipes off that sticky pj-1 chain lube too

every automotive store, including walmart has "tire wet"
