Question blowing fuses

every time i turn the key on to turn the glow plugs on a fuse blows for the fuelheater wastegate solenoid and the injector driver module relay coil i cant even start the truck what would the problem be

shorted fuel bowl heater..
my truck has a bum one at the moment..
I'm limping it along on anti-gel & the block heater..

yeah thats what it was its not bad to run with out it i know that there is two of the an intrnal and xtrnal so i have one

Get the replacement heater from International it is ALOT cheaper and bigger than the thin piece of wire from FORD. 26-35 from International and 125-150 from Ford.
