After all the whinning and moaning about the squeak I was getting from the drivers side front...and changing the urethane bushings back out for the rubber ones and greasing the springs and stuff turns out it was the upper ball joint.
We were doing brakes and a bearing repack and when my bil went to crack the hub nut loose on the drivers side, he picked up the entire hub. It looked like it moved a half inch. Couldn't believe it. With all the messing around with the bushings/springs and rotating the tires and such, we never noticed the ball joints were loose.
So...I've got new pads up front, repacked bearings and new upper and lower ball joints.
And
the squeak is gone...
