We just bought a new 2010 Lariat F 450 last month and are breaking it in. We pull a 5th wheel trailer with it that weighs around 16,700 lbs. So far so good. It seems to pull "stronger" than my previous 2003 F 550 and alot quieter inside the cab. We bought it in central Texas and are wintering in AZ, so we have puts some miles on it and are happy with its performance to this point. I am thinking of installing Firestone Air ride bags on the rear springs before we head out of here in the spring. Anyone have any thoughts on this idea or the truck in general?

The air bags a good idea ,Will help with the ride when empty. Any thought on the speed limiter set at 85. Fuel MPG? We have a 22000 LB 5 wheel and we got 6 miles per Gallon on our trip to Fla, That Sucks. Our old truck got 8 MPG (2003 F-350 Dually) Not really happy with the way new truck pulls Kinda a dog!!!! and terrible Mpg. New truck is a 2010 F-450 CC Lariat Dually.
