Can anyone tell my why my door pinger keeps pinging?

My door pinger keeps pinging without the key in the ignition... BUT its only in the morning when I first open the door to start it up.... It doesnt do it throughout the rest of the day... Its not bothering me or anything, I think I am more curious than anything. I think my rig is haunted...

Try spraying WD-40 in the door latch, some times they get stuck.

More specifically, the door ajar switch, which is screwed into the bottom of the latch inside the door, is stuck..

And when we say, "spray WD40 in the latch," we mean hose it in there until it runs out the bottom of the door. Work the latch or open & close the door like a million times, and then repeat the process a couple of times.

It will ping with the door open and no key in the ignition? thats the weird thing, the door ajar light isnt on. and it didnt do it 5 minutes ago when i started it up (its warming up right now) its like a random ping. but ill try it anyway ha ha. I did that with my f150 when the door ajar light wouldnt turn off.
