CB antenna mount and wips question

Ive found out that My truck is a conversion truck.. The biggest deal I have a fixed cb antenna mount built in to the roof but there is no antenna that came with the truck.. Ive been looking around trying to find an antenna but I cant find anything to attach to this type of mount, anyone know where to find one?

I used K40's way back when in the 80's

the paint is cracked no doubt...and its bubblin' underneath which means
you got LEAKS around the edge...you could have rust under there too...

i dont think id want a K40 (which it is) on my roof...flexing back and
forth from the wind....ive had my headliner out and theres no way the roof
alone can support such an antenna w/out LOTS of re-inforcement !

I know Tbar added a custom base reinforcement disc to his roof mount Wilson 5000 but unsure if he obtained any photos of it.
