I'm thinking about putting one of these on my truck. I don't pull/haul anything but am always looking to improve mpg and engine performance. The truck has a GB turbo. Good idea or not?......open to advice. Thanks.

we've had a few discussions before and the general consensus was that it was a nice decoration item

I think you will not see a notable power gain or efficiency gain on a close to stock motor Until you put injectors at a minimum you won't see great gains, not to mention that your stock intercooler is far bigger restriction and hindrance to air flow than the intake y-pipe

I did check it out further and you're right--seems to be more of a decoration than anything else for my truck.

That's exactly what I'm gonna do.......saving up for a DP tuner.
