Question change odometer from km to miles

I bought a Canadian F350 and live and drive in the USA.
Is there a way to switch the odometer from displaying kilometers to displaying miles?
I can't find this in the forums in the forums.

Is it an electronic odometer or the old analog style where the numbers are on the little wheels that turn?

If it is the electronic style, you should be able change it from metric to the US measuring system.

If it is the older style (like my truck), I think you might have to change the instrument cluster to make that conversion. If you go that route, the dealer you get it from may ask you what your kilometerage (mileage??) is so they can set that value into the odometer before they sell it to you. That's what happened to me years ago when I had to replace the speedometer on a 91 F-350.

i can second the part about them having to "program" the miles into it. happened to me at around 3400 when the fuel gauge went out, needed to order new dash cluster and get mileage entered into it..
