changing fan blade question

i havent done it yet but is it possible to change out the engine fan blade with out R&R the radiator??

Viscous fan

Hey man that's a sweet rig you got there, just ordered the same lift kit for my 01 350 psd. Just so you know the tool kit for the fan is not necassary if you have an arm hammer, the water pump threads are reversed(remember that) the radaitor shroud is two pieces when you take the (2) 8mm bolts out at top. The top half pulls straight up. Wack the ridge of the nut with the air hammer and walla, the fan will spin off, then tighten new one with a huge adjustable wrench. Good luck and keep trucking.

Check AdvanceAuto. They have a loan-a-tool of the fan wrenches. Used them for my water pump replacement.

Remember you need to take the fan off with the engine not running it says so right on the box.
