While I wouldn't like some punk looking in my truck either I don't see that he broke any laws. I could be wrong but I don't recall it being illegal to just look inside a vehicle. I'm glad he didn't get the chance to take anything or brake one of the windows but I'm sure he was just read the riot act and let go after a pants changing. 
The cops said since he tried the door handle they could charge him with attempted breaking and entering........or something like that. Since he is a juvi they will probably just detained him for a while and call his parents to come get him. I am not going to hold my breath that anything is going to happen. At least I was able to stop him from getting in my truck.

It makes me feel good seeing someone in our age group interrupt a crime.
