Question chip tuning?

I have a ts 6 pos chip and like better then the evo that i had and been talking about getting tony's tune on it what is really the difference between the two . more power better fuel the one thing that i noticed is when i have it on the hi setting and get on it from a stop it really seams to bog. I had my first race with the ts chip last night it was against a 02-04 dodge i stayed with him but he won he has a edge juice/addituide the last dodge that i raced with my evo i kicked him to the curb just not sure what is going on.

The 140 setting on the TS chip dumps at lot of fuel on the bottom end thats why you were bogging down w/out a bigger turbo you will not feel the full potential of that setting.
