ICP... Injection Control Pressure Scan tool will label it ICP, sometimes fuel pressure (heard about that one, never seen it myself) I beleive it shows desired control and actual control pressures. It may also show ICP %, which is the regulator %. If the % requested is a high number (above say 50-60%), and it is still low pressure (under 150-259psi), you are looking at either a bad HPOP or a leak, drain back from the reservoir etc.
