I think we have a high of 12 degrees tomarrow. I forgot about that and left my truck parked next to the barn-without plugging it in. She sure is gonna smoke like a mofo tomarrow morning! Glowplugs and controler all ok, I asked Jody to take ALL the timing advance out of my truck this summer. But I forgot I need some of it to clean up the smoke on a cold start:nono:

Real nice day here yesterday, the front came through this morning, I said "Great, I'll be unloading my new prefab building off the truck in the cold!"
It hits the freezing mark tonight, won't get above 60 tomorrow.:D

Try getting a PSD with 4 y/o batteries started in ambient -37/windchill -65 when the block heater doesn't work--that's quite a treat. My truck sounded like it was going to explode for about 1/2 hour, but once she warmed up, it was back to Ol' Reliable...:thumbs :thumbs
