Compass and shift needle questions??

Quick questions for everyone....

I just purchased a 2006 F350 SD 4x4 Lariat PSD.

I have found a couple small issues. The shifter needle is missing and my digital compass is inop. I read the manual on the compass and the digital readout when I go to calibrate says to check the compass module. Anyone know where that is located and/or have a wireing diagram so I can trace the issue. I'm not sure what to do about the missing/broken needle. The truck is out of warranty. Any help would be cool..Thanks.

not sure what to tell you about the compass, but the PRNDL needle is a matter of taking apart the dash trim.

Not really all that big of a deal.

I suspect the compass is all part of the overhead console, so my need a new motherboard??? Haven't really horsed around with one all that much.
