the wire should hook up to the air heater behind the solinoid with the vaccume hoses hooked up to it.but now that i look at the pic.the heater is missing and someone has installed a boost fitting in there,there should be a ground wire and a power wire that hookes up to the heater..the green hose should hook up to the intake elbow that comes from the air filter box to turbo inlet.the red hose thats in the same connector goes to the wastgate vale on the turbo.i cant tell where the single hose connects.i beleive the the fitting on the solinoid that the single red line is hooked up to is a closed off plug.take the hose off and see if its sealed.
