I landscape for a Wendys. It seems like they dump all oils into the same container( fried and meat oils) is this kosher for truck use? The owner said I could have their waste oils. I really haven't done research with this and so I wanted to ask ...Where do I start? I'm sure you experienced guys have heard this b4 so any response would be cool. How complicated? WHat tools are neccesary? Thanks in advance Tate.

Depends on the system you are running. Meat oils will require heated filtering and a heated system for WVO, but otherwise are fine. Biodiesel made from animal oils will cloud at a higher temperature.

I run some pretty nasty oil no problem. The main issue is it costs alot more to filter and usually requires more attention to getting the water out. Alot less competition for that kind of oil too.
