Danica Patrick Wins Daytona 500 Pole

How about that? She's the first rookie to win the Daytona 500 pole since Jimmie Johnson in 2002, and we see where he has gone since then. Hopefully she will win several races this year, qualify for The Chase, and win the championship. I like the fact that she doesn't take any crap from the other drivers. Even though attention is on her because she's a female, she is showing that she can hold her own.

Joe, she's also very short. One of my neighbors and his wife go to Texas Motor Speedway all the time. He said they were in the pit area once and she walked by, said she's a "little bitty thing". I hope she wins not only the Daytona 500 but many other races too.
