I actually made my own. It's not difficult, just a 1/8th inch piece of pipe that has a small hole drilled in it. Attached with a hose attaching it. It does give you more boost that's for sure. I went from 25#'s to 29#'s at which point I would throw a CEL, cause I don't have any sort of boost fooler.

All that thing does is drop the pressure supplied by the red line.
It takes 8-10PSI from the red line, plus the pressure exerted from the exhaust gasses on the wastegate itself to fully open the wastegate.
instead of wasiting your $6, adjust the throw on your wastegate by tightening the wastegate rod by a few turns and then unplug the red line and cap it off. Now you have a mechanical wastegate actuator. Watch your guages cause really anything over 25 PSI of boost with a stock turbo is just superheating the air and losing efficiency. If you dont have a boost fooler then get one or the MAP will start to limit the fuel above 23psi.
