Question does my truck have a lift kit

i bought a 2011 f450 a few months ago and it looks like it sits alot higher than others i have seen. i thouht it might be a level kit but it looks like a 4" spacer in front on top of the coils. can anybody help me out? i don't know how to post pics sorry.

The entire truck looks lifted to me. I can't see the spacer, but I will take your word it is there.

F-450/550's set a little higher... due to the spring set length & count ? Stock Tires ?
