I have a 2007 F-350 King Ranch. I have a rattle in the drivers side door. I have had body shops look at it and the said not to move anything. I have had the weatherstripping changed and still have it.
Any ideas?

If it's in the door I'd check the window guides. The rollers might be loose. Also make sure the metal is still tight to the glass.

I've got a 2012 F-250 and have a rattling issue as well. It started on the left side and seemed to come from up behind my left shoulder. And, as soon as it stopped on the left it moved to the right. Again, when I have a passenger they report it seems to come from up behind their right shoulder. I guess the best way I can describe it is like tapping a wire hanger on metal. Any thoughts aside from from what 01yellerCobra replied above? Does the door have to be removed to check the rollers?

You just have to pull the door panel off. Not the whole door.
