Help Needed DRW 19.5 wheel advice ?

im looking at some 19.5 direct bolt on wheels from american force. they are $350.00 each. the tires are 225/70/19.5 all position and cost $200.00 each. are the 19.5 wheels junk and how do they effect the ride ?

or should i just buy some aftermarket 16" wheels ? either way i need new tires. thanks for your help.

these are going on a 2000 drw 4x4.
