After driving my 2012 4X4 dually in some sloppy snow here in Michigan I looked at the front of the rear fenders and they are completely covered with mud and snow from the front wheels. The factory mud flaps don't do the job. Is there better options out there for these trucks? I would also like to get a 3M clear film to cover the front of the fenders so they don't look like someone sand blasted them in a year or so. What have all of you done to eliminate this? I'm also looking for a 3M installer in the Kalamazoo/Battle Creek MI area. Thanks for any information.

From Git-Go, I installed full length running boards, the length of the Cab.. and matching "Wedge" boards (Avatar ?) that extend to just under the DRW "Hips".

NO rocks, snow build up, mud and grit hits the DRW fenders.

12 years, 175K.. No hits or pit marks.
