I have a 2001 250 and im running a edge evolution programmer. I was wondering if any one has noticed the same thing that I am experiencing. it shifts fine until 4th gear. As soon as it shifts into 4th it dumps right into overdrive. Is this just the program or do i have other problems?

I have the same programmer, mine will shift into overdrive almost right after going into 4.
If I'm say entering an on ramp, it will stay in forth until right around 55 then go into od.
It's kinda annoying but it doesn't feel like anything is wrong it might just be the programmer.
What setting are you running it on?

Thats what i normally keep it it on. I'm sure its not a problem though.
Does your trans slip a little going into 3rd?

Thats what overdrive is. The torque converter locks up. And ya it goes in there with some authority.
