EGR valve

Someone please tell me where the egr valve is located on my 2005 F550, 6.0

If its in the same place as my 03 it's left of the oil filter on top of the motor. Its held in place with 2 8mm bolts and has wires that plug into the top of it. Heres a link so you can see what it looks like!

it should almost be dirrectly behind the intake elbow on the engine....

What about 06 6.0L? I heard if you unplug the EGR it won't blow head gaskets!? If so where is the EGR on the 06?

Don't listen to every rumor you hear. They have one for every thing that ever went wrong with any engine. Do some research on the EGR and decide for yourself if it sounds reasonable. It isn't.
