Haven't had much go wrong with my Harley 350 since the new Turbo at 33,000 mi. But last week had the EGR valve go bad at 75,000 mi. Thought it was the turbo again, major loss of power ,it stalled out several times, white smoke , check engine light was on . I was concerned because of my Magnaflow exhaust w/cat and AFE air box I didn't know if these would affect my waranty, but the dealer fixed it and paid for my rental car. Any comments are appreciated should I expect anymore surprises associated with the EGR valve replacement. Should I be running diesel injector cleaner thru this motor I haven't yet just whatever is in the winter supplement for fuel I use when its really cold here in Ohio..

You have to get on it every once in a while. Just driving around town will clog up the EGR. I say take it out and STOMP the right hand peddle. This will blow the junk in the EGR valve out. Don't baby these trucks! Drive it like you stole it!!
