At about 70mph im at 900' F pre turbo. I think my rpm's are around 1800rpm. Cause im still running stock 3.73 gears on 38" tires. If i regeared my truck to around 4.56. Thats supposed to get it close to stock power curve. Will that bring down my EGT's a little?

I'm almost identical to you, 8" lift, 38" tires 3.73 gears, and I hover aroud 850-900 for egt cruising down the freeway, which easily climbs to 1300 when I get on hard.
I would think new gears would help bring it down a little, as the engine won't have to work as hard to keep the truck rolling down the road

thats what mine has always ran even at stock height. You regear it you'll be back to runnin 2000 rpm cruisin down the highway.
