Ehaust question

I just installed an MBRP XP series, 4". Turbo back with a CAT delete. I also have a banks ram air cold intake and an egr delete. My stock turbo is singing. Do i have anything to worry about at all with this setup, with the stock turbo or anything else?

Now what should be my next step, I was thinking replacing the head studs or airdog system, any ideas?
