Has anyone considered or has installed a pusher fan on the front of the a/c and radiators. Between the grille guard, and the lights it raised my tempurature to 209 in the summer months 90+ degree days. With the install of the HD grille i feel like i'm even getting less airflow across my coolers especially the a/c. So its either go back to the stock chrome grille or install a pusher fan. Any insight would be helpful.

After 9 years my flex-a-lite FLX-116 finally gave up. Works great for cooling the AC condensor and intercooler when in slow or stopped traffic.

Had it on the 99.5 F250 and the Excursion.

I'll probably purchase the cyclone style blade model as a replacement due to more airflow and quieter sounding.

I had the 16" hence the FLX-116;) I think it drew like 11 amps but not positive.
