Engine fan problems

I have a 2011 F350, and the engine fan runs almost constantly. It's been fairly cool temp wise for the last couple of weeks (in the 40's) and it's still running all the time. I've checked the coolant and it's full, IDK if I have a sensor going bad, or if it's something else??? Any thoughts or anyone else had similar problems let me know...

The sensor maybe unplugged and it is running by default. Look for an plug that has nowhere to be.
