I have pretty much figured out that my vibration is a miss in the engine. Could a cracked injector nozzle cause a miss? I am thinking about pulling the injectors and replacing all of the orings to see what happens. Any ideas on how to track down the cause?

Haha maybe you should edit your sig to say 2000, w/02,04 etc parts so that way Dave doesn't get confused every time he reads it lol.

injector buzz test.

Passes every time. All 8 sound the same too. Also passes contribution test.

After driving a manual trans truck for the first time is a while yesterday, my truck's miss feels like the engine is bogging down when you need to drop a gear with a manual. The nose of the truck will bounce briefly (1-2 seconds) and then be fine.

Could a sticking IPR cause this and not be seen by a scanner? I am thinking about ordering an o-ring kit and new injector o-rings before I send the injectors back to Bean so he can take a look at them for me.

if it passes the buzz test that just means the electrical part of the injector is functioning, the mechanical part of the injector could be failing.
