Question Enging Bogs in Reverse

Shouldn't you be able to look and tell....look a little newer??????

They changed the cooler for sure. I drove it for a couple of months and now it's back at the dealership because it bogs in reverse again. My service guy says it's not the tranny and that they're driving it daily but are having a hard time getting the problem to repeat. He said it's only done it once for them. Still diagnosing.
