theirs a silencer ring in the 05 and up. im pretty sure thats only difference. not positive.

03 Turbo's have less vanes on the impellar, that makes the whistle VERY loud.

so is that more or less efficient? I had never heard of that before. I imagine you wouldn't put one in just for the noise, would you?
