If I were to be looking for an export CB (purely and only for use when I'm in an area of the world where I would be allowed to use it 
), what brands/features should I look at and what kind of antenna do I need? I'm currently using a Cobra 29 WXNWST with a Wilson Lil' Will antenna and it does OK, but I'm normally lucky to get 2 miles of range on the interstate where it's wide open. I would like something that has NOAA weatherband reception, since I frequently use that feature, even when I'm in town, but otherwise I'm open to suggestions. If it's at all possible, I would prefer to stay with a magnet-mount antenna since I can take it off when I'm putt-putting around town and don't need the CB but put it up on the roof when I'm road-tripping.
