Last time (and only time so far, knock on wood) I had my truck to the dealer for service I noticed they had the cab pulled off a Super Duty. Never realized that was SOP for the 6.4. I hate to think what that will cost the customer when the warranty expires.

No kidding!!! Removal of the cab is not a do-in-the-driveway-on-the-weekend kind of thing.

25.5 hrs @ ~$85/hr = $2,100 Thats about the minumim cost just to get to the motor. I dont think I will ever be buying a 6.4 just for that reason.
