Initialy I taugh was the IPR but taking your word that never heard about 2007 IPR failure and I stand by on that, next both trucks have contaminated fuel, battery poblems and one with the electronic box out of the vehicle and hide in some place. anyway one is running rough at idle and not stable the max speed driving is 19km no go farther than that.
The second one is just cranking and won't start and don't know what is the problems, right know what I doing is try to get it mission capable by doing Battle dress assessment and repair. It will begreat if I can find repair manuals and parts manuals so we can order the right parts and fix better with the manuals. I am in Iraq desert my resources are limited but God is with me.
