fan belt replacement

I give up. 50 years automotive experience and I can not get the dammmmm belt on. Everting is in the pully groves but the belt appear to be too short and every list shows this as right belt. Short of having Chevy come tow this in and getting rid of it how do you get the belt on?

belt on 6.0

i replaced my belt and tensioner, all day job. everything between the fan and radiator must be moved, shroud cut in half along perforations then all back together. not hard but time consuming. good luck
