SDD Power Hungry
My truck is in the shop getting o-rings replace on all the injectors, valve cover gaskets and injector harnesses. I was planning on getting the tranny rebuilt in the fall but decided to bite the bullet now since it was going to be in the shop anyway. Here is what shes getting
Suncoast extreme duty master rebuild kit
Suncoast Dual load center support
Suncoast Billet input shaft
Suncoast oversizes transmission cooler kit
Suncoast cooler bypass eliminator
BD Diesel TorqForce torque converter
BD Diesel deep sump trans pan
John Woods Vaulve body
I get her back on friday if all goes as planned. I cant wait!! I have had a sloppy tranmission for about a year and a half. I could not even give it half throttle from a stop with out slippin.(NO FUN) Now I have to wait to get my chip retuned. Watch out little ricers the import eater is a comin!!!!
Oh! A quick question for you guys how much torque/hp can I safely make with this set up?
Thanks in advance.

You got all the o-rings replaced on the injectors, valve cover gaskets which are the wiring harnesses and a reflash along with the transmission rebuild. I have seen more than once the High Pressure Oil Pumps go bad after the injector o-rings were replaced, the pump gets used to very high tolerances between the oil rings in the cylinder head. But your mods has a new H.P.O.P from Adrenaline? I didn't even know they made them. Hope this can help considering you got an I.C.P dtc. As far as your engine build-up go's I would suggest driving your truck and building an engine outside so when your ready you can drop it in, I've been working on a T444E that I got for free from an International TE bus that never went to Navistar for the core, the injectors were in it too. Everything but the turbo and exhaust manifolds. Good luck man and keep trucking.
