I have a OTC scanner and doesn't show any codes. Like I said the dealer did the previous owners oil changes, brakes, trans serv. like clock work. I will call my buddie at Ford on Mon to see if they can check to see ifit has ever been flashed for updates and maybe I'll finally get his truck running right. Thanks for everyones info and I'll keep you posted what I find out.

I had a similar problem, and it had codes, the EBP sensor was bad took care of the problem.
