The Econoline series trucks show one fuel pump and the F-Series shows another. All I can really see is just physical differences and not electrically but I'd like to confirm that as the price difference is substantial.

as far as I know, the only difference is how they mount to the chassis

Fuel pump installed

I did further checking on the cross reference between the F-series & Excursion and come to find out they all take the same PF1 fuel pump so I ordered one.

Cost me about $65,comes with one year warranty.

I installed it tonight as it was a cool 95 degrees out,got a little bit of Diesel Cologne on me but not a bad overall, was just a bear getting the 5/16" hose over the barb on the pump's input side.

No leaks, fuel pressure at 70psi,cranked up better than it has in a long long time,I fully believe the original stock pump was bout done.:D
