Question Fuel System Flowchart for an 01' 7.3l PSD?

Greetings,

My first post here. I recently purchased an X with a WVO kit on it. The stock fuel filter is bypassed and I'm interested in learning how fuel flows through a 2nd Gen PSD so I can make some informed decisions about how this kit is working.

I need to know how and where the oem fuel flows into the fuel filter, how it gets to the rails in the heads from the fuel filter and where the returns are and how they work.

A concise diagram would be nice if anyone knows where I might find one.

Often referred to as a "Kirby Special" it is a Denver, CO GoGreenEarly conversion. The PO installed it about 3,000 miles ago - I know this to be the case because in a Carfax search he'd only owned it that long I have concerns with the filtration that is being used - which I am in the process of upgrading.

Still need that OEM fuel system diagram - got one?

Hey mankypro,

I see you posts on OB all the time, and the pic of the IDI. You have my X's older brother. I am not sure, but if someone has the equivlent to the 6.0L bible that is available I think it may have the info you are looking for. Nice looking truck..... you will love it......
