Gooseneck hitch/exhaust relocation bracket

Bought a 2006 Ford F350 recently and it had a gooseneck hitch already installed....however, whoever installed it did not move the exhaust to clear it.....It rubs and vibrates badly....is there a kit out there or relocate the exhaust so that it doesn't touch the hitch?

Is it a aftermarket system? If so what size is the pipe 4" or 5"? The only thing to try is unbolt the system from the cat (if you have one) back leaving it in it's hangers and see if it drops some to clear. The only other thing is a hammer and dent the tube to clear. Don't cut the mount, could compromise the hitch or on the other hand if your not using it take it out.
