For the connections at the valve covers, you have the external harness and its 4 connectors, the valve cover gaskets with their sets of feed-through pins molded into them, and the 4 undervalvecover harnesses. Usually if the UVC harness(es) are burned, one just replaces it(them) as a unit(s). For the external harness connections, the connector shells and pins can be replaced without having to replace the entire harness. In either case (UVC or external), the valve cover gasket needs to be replaced as the mating feed-through pins will be torched as well. If the gasket is not replaced, you will risk torching the new stuff due to high resistance connections. Parts:
