ground affects

I have a 97 F350 CC dually 2wd with the side ground affect (step rails), what Im looking for is an airdam or a full painted bumper shell to match the ground effects on my truck, I havent been able to find a website that has them but yet I see trucks with them, any ideas of any manufacture that might produce them for the diesels
