gtp38 turbine wheel

Is the gtp38 turbine wheel the same as the tp38 turbine wheel? If not where might i be able to get a turbine wheel? Or does anyone know what wheel is used in some of the upgraded turbos.

in this case, the wheel alone ain't gonna do jack for you..
the wheel and housing need to be matched
