just ordered the "Mechanics Parts Cabinet" combo kit from Bob (Guzzle) on Monday..it was in my mail box Wednesday even though it was shipped snail mail....very nice kit.these oring will out live the stock type oring...has just about every oring you could need..also comes with a chart showing the orings and spec's... very well thought out kit and is nice knowing if I need one..its in my tool box...
Replacement O-rings for Ford Diesel Engines

the Kit includes
GTP38 turbo outlet o-ring
HPOP outlet fittings (4) o-rings, both internal and external
HPOP rear plug o-ring
HPOP reservoir fill plug o-ring
IPR to HPOP body o-ring
Head oil rail o-rings (8) for oil rail plugs, ICP or cross-over line
HPOP Hose to head internal o-rings (2)
Loctite 608 retaining compound (.5ml packet for HPOP and oil rail)
GTP38 EBPV solenoid o-rings (2)
GTP38 EBPV piston backplate o-ring
New Garrett EBPV pushrod clip
Fuel Drain Valve core o-rings (2) choice of bi-polymer Viton or tri-polymer Viton
Fuel Drain Valve Stem o-ring (1)
Fuel Filter Check Valve o-rings (2)
Fuel Bowl Heater/water in fuel sensor o-rings (2)
Fuel Bowl plug o-rings (2)
Fuel Bowl return relief valve o-ring
Sleeve gaskets for the fuel rail lines, both ends (4)

i hear ya there..mine seem to blow at the worse time..nice to know i have them on hand now..Don't worry about the o-rings drying out or cracking, The shelf-life of DuPont Viton is indefinite, they won't go bad from air, heat, sunshine or time.

around 70 bucks but i got the HPOP gasket and a couple other things .... tell him Ron's power stroke sent you...

yeah
stuff like that is handy to have around, because one of those $.05 O-rings can bring a weekend project to a halt in a hurry...

yes it can..ends up costing you more in the long run..on top of that..these are a far better oring..they will out last the stock oring by far...
