Anyone install headrests in the third row seat of an Excursion?

My kids are getting bigger now and I often see that when they fall asleep their heads are lopping over the back of the seat in the third row.

It also concerns me in case we get rear ended. I know headrests will help lessen whiplash.

Thanks all.

I posted this same question on another site but never got a response. My oldest son is fourteen and he has to scoot down low to rest his head on long trips. I have spoken with a local shop that specializes in custom interiors. They said it could be done but the seat would need to be taken apart and some sort of mount would need to be built to hold the head rests. It is ashame that Ford did not have this option. Chevy Suburbans have head rests in the third row. Maybe an aftermarket seat with headrests seat could be recovered to match the Excursion interior.
I am currently looking for first row capt chairs to install in the second row.
I may then try to install my second row bucket seats into the third row but I have not looked to see if they might fit.
