I just registered. I am looking to buy either a '97 F-350 Crew 4x4 7.3D Auto 4.10 rear

Or a '95 F-250 STD Cab 2wd 7.3D Atuo 3.55 rears

The 95 is about half price of the 97. I have a family of 4(plus the Coco Lab) and I going to pull my 36' travel trailer with one of these. Last year I did pull it with the '97 2 times and fell in love with it. Just need to justify spending another 3000.

Welcome!! Get the crew cab once you have one you will never go back to another truck. Its nice having the room to keep stuff warm and dry

V97F350. Get the truck that you LIKE. It is cheap money in the long run. You will not regret your decision. Get the Oasis Report from your Local Ford Dealer, just supply the VIN and they will tell you everything that Ford has done to that truck.

Well I had the '97 F-350 at a shop and there are a couple issues. Nothing Major, just front Universal Joints, front brakes and rotors, and a Crankcase Sensor.

I am awaiting an estimate. These are things I could replace myself, yet I would rather not.

Then later today I can test my bargaining skills... I have to be a little bit careful for my son works at the place who is selling this F-350.

I also got a message from the '95 F-250 guy. I think I will NOT be making his day...

Welcome to SDD.com!!! I'd rather have the F350 over the 250. Then u don't have that Twin Traction Beam setup, Not one of Fords better idea's in my opinon.
