check your IPR.make sure the cheesey little nut that holds the solenoid on is tight.check the wireing to the IPR as fuel that gets spilled during a filter change gets down into the wireing and the IPR connector and turns them into mush causing the wires to short out.

so i have found that the wires in the plug were uninsulated for about 3/4" outside of the plug and when installed they were twisted together i also found that the piston in the IPR was seized in the open position. ithink i found my problems. now to find a turbo that will survive.
